Subscriptions and purchases
- To restore a purchase, open Lenjo Pro and tap Restore Purchases.
- To manage or cancel a subscription, open the App Store or Apple Account subscription settings.
- Deleting a Lenjo account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
Apple Health and Apple Watch
- Apple Health access is optional and can be changed in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
- Make sure iPhone and Apple Watch are paired, Bluetooth is enabled, and Lenjo is installed on the Watch.
- Apple Watch workout execution and live recovery guidance require an active Lenjo Pro subscription.
Account and local data
You may use Lenjo offline without an account. For Sign in with Apple users, account deletion is available in Me → Account & Subscription → Delete Account. Most workout, nutrition, and coaching data is stored locally on your device.

订阅与购买
- 恢复购买：打开 Lenjo Pro 付费页，点击“恢复购买”。
- 管理或取消订阅：前往 App Store 或 Apple 账户的订阅设置。
- 删除练境账户不会自动取消 App Store 订阅。
Apple 健康与 Apple Watch
- Apple 健康授权是可选的，可在“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 健康”中调整。
- 请确认 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 已配对、蓝牙已开启，且手表上已安装练境。
- 发送训练到 Apple Watch 和实时恢复指导需要有效的 Lenjo Pro 订阅。
账户与本地数据
你可以不登录并离线使用练境。使用 Apple 登录的用户可前往“我的 → 账户与订阅 → 删除账户”。大部分训练、饮食和教练数据保存在你的设备本地。
